Sustainability

Since the begining our main investments look for improvement in our social and environmental responsibilities. In 2007 we received the 2 environmental awards in the official Rio TOP Quality Award.

Here are some of our initiatives:

- Water heating is solar power and natural gas for the clowdy days.

- Cleaning with steam, more efficient and no chemicals use.

- Swimming pool with saline water, eletricaly sterilized, no chemicals adition. Safe for children and your health.

- All the waste water is treated, filtered and recicled for use in the gardens

- Selective management of waste, recicling organics and donating all other reciclable materials for social purposes

- All native plants have been preserved and new fruit plants for the birds and the cuicas and flower plants for the butterflies and humingbirds have been added.

- Pest control with de use of Neem, indian plant, so preventing the use of chemical pesticides that could damage the environment

- Use of electronic and led lamps to save energy
